Forgotten Customer ID code

Your ID code is made from your Post Code plus another letter at the end.

If you have forgotten your Customer ID then simply put your Post Code into the 'ID' box
and put your Surname into the 'comments' box.

Forgotten Referral code

Your referral code is made from the first 3 letters of your Surname, then a dash, 
then the date of your birthday plus the month of your birthday in number format (01-12).

e.g. if your Surname is Smith & your birthday is 24th January,
then your code is :-

SMI-2401

as you can see the year is not needed, so all this code gives away is your birthday,
if for some reason you do not want anyone to know your birthday, then ask us to supply a unique code for you.
